Adam Zahy is a healthcare professional, community advocate, and proud immigrant to Canada who is running to serve the residents of Barrhaven East with integrity, transparency, and dedication.

Barrhaven East is growing quickly. As our community expands, residents need leadership that supports responsible growth while protecting the quality of life families moved here for. Adam believes local government should stay accessible, accountable, and closely connected to the people it serves.

With a background in healthcare and medical device reprocessing, Adam has worked with respected healthcare institutions across Ottawa, including CHEO, Queensway Carleton Hospital, and Provis Endoscopy Clinic. His experience has given him firsthand understanding of the pressures facing healthcare workers, patients, families, and community services.

Adam is a graduate of Algonquin College, where he earned his diploma in Medical Device Reprocessing. He also serves as a board member with OMA and the Medical Device Reprocessing Association of Ontario, supporting professional development, healthcare quality, and community engagement.

Adam is focused on practical solutions for Barrhaven East: attainable housing, faster housing approvals, better transit, safer streets, stronger municipal services, and more community spaces for families, youth, and seniors.

Adam believes public service does not end after Election Day. If elected, he is committed to regular communication with residents, open dialogue, and active engagement across the ward.

His vision is simple: a safer, stronger, and more connected Barrhaven East where every resident feels heard, respected, and represented.
